Attendees will explore the relative advantages and disadvantages of holding real property outright, through a Limited Liability Company (LLC), or via a Revocable Living Trust.

He earned his J.D. from Western New England University School of Law, graduating in the top 5%, participated in an international law program through Duke University in Geneva, Switzerland, and later earned an LLM with Merits in International Financial Law from King's College London. Licensed in New York since 2018, Brogan began practicing in Alaska in 2020, building his foundation in complex divorce and domestic violence litigation before transitioning into estate planning and probate, an area in which he went on to lead the probate division at an Anchorage firm from 2021 to 2024.
